• Kindly allow us a maximum of 3 to 7 working days for your items to be shipped, 90% we ship your item the same day.

• We shall provide you the courier details as soon as possible only before the deadlines.

• We request all our customers to do not accept open letters, envelopes or parcels from courier delivery personnel as we pack neatly and then only dispatch.

• We may send all the items via a traceable national courier service provider but preferably we shall also use other service providers according to the area of your order.

• We may use professional service providers like Blazeflash / Dtdc / Firstflight Courier Service preferably or any other provider according to the service for quickest delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If an item is found defective, please get in touch with our customer care on info@vkarebiosciences.com or call us on +91-11-22093884 within 15 days of receipt of the product. When we receive the defective item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in its original condition and then issue either a full refund, Online Cash (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request.
